e ship our orders with PostNL or DHL.
If we have your order and payment on workdays before 4.30 pm, your order will be shipped the same day. Normally we have everything in stock.

Please carefully check your address details so that your order can be delivered to you without any problems.

What happens when I’m not home?
The packages are delivered by PostNL or DHL on working days and saturdays. If you are not home at the time of delivery and the package can not be delivered to the neighbors, you will receive a message from it and try PostNL or DHL again the next day.
If PostNL or DHL can not deliver it within 2 attempts, the package will be collected for another 3 weeks at a PostNL or DHL service point near you.

Shipping and handling costs are 7.95 euro for orders in the Netherlands.
For orders from other countries in Europe the shipping costs are 12.95 Euro.

If an order exceeds 99.00 euros, shipping and handling costs will expire.
You do not pay anything for this.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days to:
